November 5 ~ t'is the Season: Kidney Foundation's Brush of Hope Campaign hangs on eBay
A Brush of Hope, the Kidney Foundation of Canada's creative and colourful fundraiser, has a new gallery of paintings for auction on eBay. These are works created by athletes, politicians, performers and other well-known members of our national community. All funds raised from this art auction benefit kidney research in Canada.
A Brush of Hope's
curators explain that, for the next week, you have the
chance to buy original paintings by some of Canada's
favourite stars. You could have an original "Ken Dryden"
hanging from your living room wall, or an "Alex Lifeson"
over your bed. Perhaps you'd prefer a "Johnny Bower" in
the recreation room or a "Liona Boyd" in the music room.
This fun campaign has raised many thousands of dollars to help battle kidney disease. Research done in Canada is important not only to Canadians, but to ALL people suffering from kidney disease because advancements of this kind are soon shared worldwide.
Allison Crowe has just returned home from a sensational concert tour of Europe. She values the opportunity to join with dozens of Canadian celebrities, including numerous fellow musicians, creating one-of-a kind-paintings which are now on sale on eBay. To support the cause, and
bring more art into your life this way, there's no time to dawdle - A Brush of Hope auction ends November 10th.
